ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2015 and consequently direct the second respondent herein to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It appears that the allegation essentially appears to be matrimonial dispute, inasmuch as the allegation of the wife is that her husband is impotent. In my considered opinion, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
