This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the writ appeal.

vsi is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 27.06.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main Appeal and post it for admission on 01.07.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 27.06.2025, this petition stands allowed.
