This miscellaneous petition has been preferred to bring on record the proposed respondents 9 and 10 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 6 and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above suit and list the matter on 21.07.2022 in the usual course.

5. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take necessary steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.
