The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the light of passage of time, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and would further submit that if any remedy is available, the petitioner may be permitted to workout the same in accordance with law and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
