This Original Petition was directed to be listed before the learned Master for recording evidence. On a perusal of the adjudication made by learned Master on 18.04.2022, it is seen that counsel for both sides are present, however, the petitioner not present and the counsel for the petitioner sought one week time to complete the evidence. Since time granted by this Court was expired, the learned Master directed the Registry to list this matter before this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
