This company application praying that this Honble Court be pleased to direct the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras to execute and register the Sale Deed and other documents conveying the 3 bedroom apartment bearing No.324 measuring 998 sq.ft in the Third and Mezzanine floors in Block 1 of, Alsa Townsville, 38(Old No.170), Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600 087 together with proportionate undivided share of land in favour of the Applicants herein. These Company Applications coming on this day before this Court for webhearing on a video-conferencing platform in the presence of Mr.K.C.Ramamurthy advocate for the applicants in C.A.Nos.210 and 211/2019 herein and Mr. Bavisetty Sridhar, Deputy Official liquidator for the respondent herein and Mr.T.Magendiran, learned counsel representing Mr.Zaffarullah Khan, on behalf of ex-directors of the company herein and upon reading the order herein dated 25.09.2020, the Court made the following order:- "Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings dated 25.09.2020.

Mr.K.C.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for applicants, Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator and Mr.T.Magendiran, learned counsel representing Mr.Zaffarullah Khan, on behalf of exdirectors of the company which went into liquidation, are before this Company Court in this web-hearing on a video-conferencing platform.

3. This Court is informed by aforementioned learned counsel and learned Deputy Official Liquidator that pursuant to earlier proceedings dated 25.09.2020, a joint meeting was held on 01.10.2020, but that did

not fructify or in other words a conclusion could not be reached.

4. In the light of the above scenario, learned counsel for applicants seeks time to take out suitable applications.

5. Registry to not to list this matter under the caption 'FOR REPORTING SETTLEMENT' any more. It is open to the counsel for applicants to take out suitable applications.".
