The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to declare the petitioner herein as major and discharge the guardian, R.Arumugham, from guardianship in order to enable the petitioners to prosecute the above appeal and cross objections No. 69 of 2017.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application, CMP.No.4360 of 2026 in A.S.No.72 of 2017 stands allowed. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the First Appeal on 17.03.2026.
