WHEREAS the above matter was posted before Master's Court for orders on 16/12/2021 as the Insolvent failed to assist the Official Assignee in the administration of his estate and failed to appear before the Official Assignee when called upon under Section 33 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act.
AND WHEREAS the above Respondent/Insolvent did not appear before Court in person or by Advocate when the matter was called for hearing on 16/12/2021.
WHEREAS this court by an order dated the 16th day of December 2021, ordered the Respondent/Insolvent P.K.Thirunavukkarasu, No.60, 15th West Cross Street, M.K.B Nagar, Chennai - 600 039 to be arrested.
