PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to conduct further enquiry on the online complaint vide CSR.No.GAV19126174, dated 25.12.2019, lodged by the petitioner against her brother Mr.Raja, son of Kuttia Pillai, within a time frame.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct further enquiry on the online complaint vide CSR.No.GAV19126174, dated 25.12.2019, lodged by the petitioner against her brother Mr.Raja, son of Kuttia Pillai, within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that after preliminary enquiry, the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2019 was closed on 05.02.2020. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent has not conducted any enquiry and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without conducting any enquiry, he has closed the petitioner's complaint. He further submitted that no intimation was sent to the petitioner with regard to the closure of her complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

The third respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
