According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2014 for divorce before the Court below. The Respondent has also filed counter in the said petition. The above said case was posted for trial and for cross examination of P.W.1. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no legal impediment, to dispose H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2014 and hence seeks speedy disposal of the said H.M.O.P. http://www.judis.nic.in

In the light of the above said facts and the contentions of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Vellore to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.38/2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
