ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application in I.A.No.586 of 2024 in O.S.No.469 of 2024 filed by the petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking declaration of title and permanent injunction. Along with the above said petition, the petitioner filed the application in I.A.No.586 of 2024 seeking temporary injunction. The said petition was filed by the petitioner on 16.07.2024 and the respondents entered appearance on 27.09.2024. However, the said application has not been taken up for hearing till date and the same has been adjourned from time to time for the past more than 1 1⁄2 years.

3. In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.586 of 2024 in O.S.No.469 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
