This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the M.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No-I, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur District to the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District or to some other Court.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner died on 18.03.2017 and the copy of the Death Certificate is also produced before this Court.
