ORDER
This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.25671 of 2014, by order dated 17.11.2016, directed the respondent to consider the question of approval of appointment as Assistant Professor from 19.06.2000 in the Tamil Department of the Scott Christian College, including the payment of arrears of salary and other allowance from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 19.06.2000 to 25.07.2006, in the light of the order dated
24th Novermber, 2010 in W.P.No.22549 of 2010 and the Government Order in G.O.(3D).No.4, Higher Education (E2) Department, dated 6th March, 2014, within a period of three months.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.11.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
