ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.12.2021 for the offences under Sections 394 and 397 IPC, in Crime No.1055 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner along with other accused came in a bike and attempted to snatch the gold chain of the defacto complainant and when the defacto complainant tried to escape from them, she fell down and got injured. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that he has been suffering incarceration for 30 days from 05.12.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that there are totally two accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A1 and he has got 7 previous cases but admits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
5. On seeing the gravity of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner and that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
