The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 17.01.2018 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.1284 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 17.01.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 09.08.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report dated 09.08.2018 in accordance with law, if he so choses to do.
