This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29125 of 2022 on 28.11.2022 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m, until further orders and on further condition that the petitioners shall make available themselves for interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the final report.
