ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 06.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15079 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20841 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m until further orders.
