Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e, to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6864/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7324 of 2020 order dated 10.11.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUNDER MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6864 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7324 of 2020, dated 10.11.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6864 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7324 of 2020, dated 10.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
