(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son namely Meganathan, aged 17 years, son of B.Damodaran, before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's son, Meganathan had gone missing, in connection with which a case in Cr.No.764 of 2013 for "Boy Missing" has been registered by the respondent police on 03.11.2013 and the investigation is in progress. The respondent police have filed a Status Report detailing the steps taken by them for securing the missing person. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Cr.No.764 of 2013 and keep the petitioner informed about the development.
