(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that she has already given a change of vakalath to the appellant.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader (HR&CE) has contended that a challenge in the appeal is to the order of Writ Court, quashing the order of suspension passed against the 1st respondent, against which the present Writ Appeal is filed. While pending Writ Appeal, the suspension order was revoked and the respondent has also attained superannuation on 31.07.2022.
3. In view of the above submission, we are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the Writ 2/4
Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
