ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The issue raised in this writ petition is identical to what was raised in W.P.No.49 of 2020 (S.Murugan vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Others), that has been dismissed by us on 06.01.2020. In view of the same, we see no reason to differ from the said view taken as arguments advanced are identical. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for the same reason. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.695 of 2020 is also dismissed.
