ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the FIR registered by the respondent police in Crime No.9 of 2020 itself was quashed by this Court vide order dated 21.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14193 of 2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
