PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Respondent Police to register the complaint dated 11.12.2021 and 27.12.2021 given by the petitioner which is pending before the Respondent Police and Register the F.I.R.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to register the complaints dated 11.12.2021 and 27.12.2021 given by the petitioner which is pending before the Respondent Police and Register the F.I.R.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.12.2021, CSR. No.2505/COP/Visitors/2021 was assigned and the petitioner also appeared for enquiry and given his statement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, the Respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
