The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that the Petitioner had granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court on 04.01.2024.

Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed since the Petitioner had also chosen to file the application seeking anticipatory bail before the Trial Court, the Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association bearing A/c.No.484026006, branch office at Indian Bank High Court Branch.
