Respondents PRAYER: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 3rd respondent to transfer the detenu namely Ramachandran son of Lakshmanan, aged 52 years, Convict Prisoner, E.N.R.No.307, from Central Prison Trichy to Central Prison, Salem and set him at liberty forthwith.
