This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station (East), Coimbatore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed in Crime No.14 of 2015 and filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.24 of 2017 before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore.
