Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

2. The prayer in this Writ Petition seeking mandamus directing the respondents to consider representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2023 for extension of licence period for quarrying cannot be considered. A representation is inadequate in this respect as an application is to be filed for renewal of quarry licence in proper format, along with annexures including from pollution and other statutory authorities.
