ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27802 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation is still pending and the concerned jurisdictional court is Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode on 05.02.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judge. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police until further orders.
