Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he has report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court Crl.OP.No.17112 of 2020 by order dated 02.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.306 of 2021 in CRL. O.P. No.17112 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.17112 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020, on the petitioner, has been complied with regularly from 27.11.2020 to till date.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.17112 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
