This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records in connection with Crime No.57 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pullarambakkam Police Station and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been stated that the respondent 2 died. However, the learned Public Prosecutor on instruction, submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.57 of 2015, Charge Sheet has been filed against the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur for further adjudication. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, as charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the same is pending before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
