This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR against the Manager, Manappuram Finance Ltd., Salem Branch on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
