ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful running of the petitioner's business i.e., cross massage in the name and style of "Sree Sai Ayurvedic Centre & SPA"

at No.7A, Amaravathi Street, Veerappanchathrem, Erode & District - 638 004.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is carrying on business in the name and style of "Sree Sai Ayurvedic Centre & SPA" at No.7A, Amaravathi Street, Veerappanchathrem, Erode & District - 638 004. While so, the officials of the respondents are interfering with the peaceful running of the petitioner's business. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.04.2018 to the respondents. Finding no response on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that six months back, the petitioner's business operation came to be closed and hence, there is no possibility for the respondents to interfere with the petitioner's business, which has been stoutly refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Irrespective of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to conduct an inspection and thereafter pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
