This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.543 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.543 of 2025 has been completed and that upon investigation, no offence was made out. Accordingly, the case has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped'(FAD) and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore. He also submitted that RCS notice has been served on the second respondent. 3.
