This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the complaint dated 25.12.2015 given by the petitioner against K.Ravi and 20 others, and file a Final Report thereof in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 25.12.2015 given by the petitioner against one Ravi, the respondent police are conducting enquiry in CSR No.537/2015.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said Ravi has given a complaint against this petitioner, in connection with which petition enquiry is conducted in CSR No.530/2015 and that Ravi has also obtained orders in Crl.O.P.No.658/2016 on 12.01.2016. the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on both the complaints and take action in accordance with law.
