This petition has been filed to restore the above second appeal, which dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.03.2020 and rehear the above second appeal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that Mr.R.Ashokan, learned counsel on record is no more.

4. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.R.Ashokan, and print the name of Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for the appellants and list the matter for final hearing during the third week of November 2024.
