ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 408, 417, 420, 468, 471 and 506(ii) of IPC. in Crime No.28 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of these petitions the petitioners filed a quash petition and this Court also stayed investigation in the Cr.No.28 of 2020 by an order dated 05.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4039 and 4086 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
