JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant; Mr.K.Karthick Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the first and fourth respondents and Mr.P.R.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the second and third respondents.
2.The appellant is challenging the common order delivered by the learned Single Judge dated 28.09.2021 in W.P. No.1801 of 2017 and connected writ petitions.
3.Learned Government Advocate submits that under the impugned order batch of writ petitions were decided and appeals were filed by other petitioners against the same order bearing writ appeal nos. 1480 to 1485 of 2022. The said appeals were dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court under judgment and order dated 22.06.2022.
4.Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Advocate for the appellant submits that in fact the scheme itself was abandoned by the Government. The appellant be allowed to approach the Government by making a representation for release of the land. 5.In view of the fact that the other appeals against the same order are dismissed, the present appeal also stands dismissed. It is for the appellant to approach the Government as may be permissible in law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected
