This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register FIR as against one Ramachandran and his son Prabhu on the complaint dated 22.02.2016 and further direct the second respondent to inquire the aforesaid complaints in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.02.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.04.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
