Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue Shree Devi, daughter of Mathiyazhagan, aged about 20 years, now illegal custody of third respondent herein before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue M.Shree Devi, daughter of M.Mathiazagan, aged about 20 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that the petitioner is the mother of the detenue and she has married with the third respondent and the third respondent is also present before this Court and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/third respondent. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue and there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
