The relief sought for in this Criminal Original petition is to direct the first respondent to take all steps for restoration https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the two Auto-Rickshaws seized by the police and kept under custody through the second and third respondents and to whom payments was made in full settlement of dues.
2. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. on 22.11.2018, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed for default.
