Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SIVAKUMAR for P.B.BALAJI, for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.SUDHARSANA SUNDAR, Advocate on behalf of the respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] When the matter is called today, the Appellant / husband is present before this Court through video conference. In the interest of both the parties, it is suggested by this Court to settle the matter as no child was born. The Appellant expressed his willingness to dissolve the marriage, by mutual consent, for which, Ms.Sudharsana Sundar, Learned Counsel for the Respondent sought time to get instructions.
