ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21821 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Salem.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 10.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21821 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Salem, on 12.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
