ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The petition has been filed seeking payment out by way of transfer to the current account of the petitioner No.1255010000000310, Karur Vysya Bank, Nanganallur Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code - KVBL0001255.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it has been contended that in compliance of the order of this court dated 16.04.2019 in C.M.P.No.8801 of 2019 in O.S.A.No.305 of 2018, the respondent herein had deposited 50% of the decretal amount and the said Appeal had been subsequently dismissed on 24.04.2025 and S.L.P.(Civil) No.24159 of 2025 had also been dismissed on 04.11.2025 and in such circumstances, the petitioner herein has come up with the present petition.

3. Though it has been orally contended that a Review Application has been filed before the Supreme Court, no record has been produced before this court.

4. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. Since the Appeal has been dismissed and further appeal before the Supreme Court has also been dismissed, the matter has attained finality.

Therefore, Registry is directed to recall the deposit available with Indian Bank, High Court Branch and transfer the amount together with interest accrued to the aforesaid current account of the petitioner. Such process to be completed within a period of four weeks from today. The petition stands ordered accordingly.
