This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case in Crime No.173/TM2/2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police, V-5 Thirumangalam Police Station, Traffic Investigation Wing, Chennai, to the 3rd respondent/The Inspector of Police, G-3 Kilpauk Police Station, Traffic Investigation Wing, Chennai. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that pending the above case, 2nd respondent police has investigated into the matter and filed a charge sheet and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.506 of 2019, in which the accused has filed a memo of guilty and final order was also passed on 11.11.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this criminal original petition seeking transfer of the case and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
