A.Nos.471, 469 and 470 of 2020 in C.S NO.212 OF 2005 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

These applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the application to bring the L.Rs of the respondents 2 to 4 to represent the estate of the deceased 1st defendant in C.S.No.212 of 2005; ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st defendant and (iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant and permit the plaintiff to make consequential amendments in the plaint.

2. Other side has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed.

3. For filing amended plaint copy by 30.03.2020.
