first respondent to restore the petitioner in the same camp at Tharamangalam, Palavathanoor Lake, Sri Lankan Refugees Camp, Omalur Taluk, Salem District.

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.16370/2013/A2 dated 13.01.2014 and which was confirmed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.C1/10435/14 dated 19.11.2014 and quash the same and further directing the first respondent to restore the petitioner in the same camp at Tharamangalam, Palavathanoor Lake, Sri Lankan Refugees Camp, Omalur Taluk,

2. The grievances of the writ petitioner at the time of filing of the writ petition is that she was permitted to reside in refugee camp at Salem. Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 13.04.2015, the petitioner was permitted to shift over to Mandapam Camp in Ramanathapuram District and accordingly, the petitioner is now residing at Mandapam Camp at

In view of the fact that the grievances of the writ petitioner was redressed in the year 2015 itself, no further consideration is required and the petitioner may be allowed to continue to reside at Mandapam Camp at Ramanathapuram District. In respect of any other grievance, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
