..Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to provide police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2018 to construct the house compound wall in the light of the Decree obtained by the petitioner in O.S. NO. 406 of 2005 and in O.S. No.1009 of 2005 and suit in A.S. No.40 of 2014 and A.S.NO.41/2014 in favour of the petitioner. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent in respect of transaction of property belongs to the petitioner. Both the petitioner and the respondent have filed separate suits and obtained orders. Since the 2nd respondent interferes with the construction made in the petitioner's property, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent on 05.12.2018 and the same is pending.

2. Heard both sides and peruse the documents available on record.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case and in view of the civil Court proceedings between the parties, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's compliant dated 05.12.2018 and conduct enquiry by giving due opportunity to both the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
