ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been as against the fair and decreetal order dated 11.06.2018 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, in I.A.No.110 of 2015 in A.S.No.8 of 2015, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to implead him as party to the proceedings.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal suit in A.S.No.8 of 2015 itself dismissed on 11.07.2019 and hence the prayer sought for in this present petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present civil revision petition. 3.
