This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.23080 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.23080 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioner from 25.09.2024 to till date without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition without fail. Investigation is also completed.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences, already investigation is also completed, the petitioner has also complied the condition till 31.12.2024, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto".
