Seeking leave to sue the first defendant, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2.The applicants are the plaintiffs. The suit is filed for declaration over the jewels said to have been kept in the locker of the second respondent. Admittedly, the applicants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the office of the second respondent is also situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
